Akatsi South DVLA office Near Completion – Hon. Adzidogah

Construction works in the Akatsi South District on the ongoing Drivers and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) office is moving with speed as the District is also poised to attain municipal status Loe-Nelson Adzidoga, the District Chief Executive (DCE) has said.

This facility, he said, shall help citizen in the district and the adjourning Municipal and District Assemblies (MDA’s) to access DVLA services without going through the stress of moving to Tokor, Ho, Accra and Tema.

“We realized that our Drivers and motor riders go to Denu-Tokor, Ho, Accra and Tema to renew their licenses and even take new ones so I decided to look for somebody who can help us and fortunately, someone responded to us and currently the facility is under construction”

He noted that the facility shall be opened to the general public for business very soon.

He also hinted that, as part of his plan to transform the Akatsi South District, works are far advanced and with ready investors to transform and modernize the Akatsi central market.

Mr. Adzidoga stated that, the assembly is also working on traffic light installation to manage traffic situation in the district capital.

He said his office is only waiting for the assembly to sworn in the presiding member so as to put it before the house.
