The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ho, Divine Kormla Bosson has disclosed that, the municipal assembly will get one of the most enviable tourist attraction centers before the end his term in office.
He disclosed this to IGNEWSS reporter after he paid a working visit to Adidi water falls located at Klefe within the Ho municipality of the Volta region.
According to him, if other countries can develop their tourist attraction centers to attract visitors from other parts of the world, then it is equally possible for them in Ho to achieve same.
He added that, the development of the Adidi water falls will not only bring income to the assembly but also serve as one of the best oxygen environment for tourists.
“The Adidi water falls has about three layers which when developed ,will attract a lot of patronage.”
Speaking with the Assembly member for the Klefe electoral area, Hon. Raphael Worlasi Dogbe he said, they have tried to develop the place for the past ten year now but couldn’t succeed even though they try to organize events annually to create the awareness on the site.
He expressed the joy that, their long awaited dream has come to the lime light since the municipal chief executive made his first visit to the place and expressed his satisfaction about what he came to see.
Mr. Dogbe said, “I just want to appeal to the MCE not to forget about this but ensure that, by the time he leaves office, the Klefe Adidi water falls is well developed.”
The chairman of the tourism committee in the municipal assembly, Hon. Emmanuel Yao Adzome on his part, pledged his support to pursue and ensure that, the MCE does not relent on his promises to develop the place.
