To them I say ayeeko. To my Youth and the entire populace of Akatsi, I sincerely thank you for the understanding and cooperation in the peace building efforts

Nonetheless, I want to state clearly that the resolutions passed in respect of the matter with all due admiration were inadequate. I do not want to sound judgmental either in the matter under reference but to take suitable steps in collaborations with the stakeholders and call for an independent investigation into the matter”

Mr Ahiafor went on to condemn the actions leading to the death of 3 victims so far.

”I want to put on record that I vehemently condemn what happened leading to the death and injury to my constituents. NEVER again should such a thing happen’.
