Ghana lifts travel restrictions on South Korea

The government in December last year imposed a ban on all travellers to and from 14 countries including South Korea due to the Omicron COVID-19 variant.

Ghana has lifted the restriction on all travellers from South Korea, effective 4 February, a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.

The government in December last year imposed a ban on all travellers to and from 14 countries including South Korea due to the Omicron COVID-19 variant.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has asked the general public to adhere to the directive.
