NDC Tidies Patase Market

THE PATASE Ward of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has embarked on a cleanup exercise at the Patase Market, located in the constituency.

The party carried out the exercise to make the place clean and tidy. It was also used to woo more members, ahead of the elections.

Ms. Faustina Dery, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency, was among the party gurus in the constituency who attended the laudable programme.

During the exercise, choked gutters were desilted and weedy places in the community were also cleared to help beautify the place, to avert the outbreak of diseases.

Faustina Dery, in an interview with journalists, disclosed that the NDC as a political party has the interest and well-being of Ghanaians at heart, hence embarking on the cleanup exercise.

The cleanup exercise, she stated, would not be a nine-day wonder, promising that the NDC would lead similar exercises in the constituency when the need arises.

Ms. Dery also used the opportunity to advise Ghanaians, especially the youth, to join the NDC in their numbers since it’s the party that has their interest at heart.
