The Municipal Director of NSS, Mr. Gabriel Osei Junior in his comment, stressed that “most parents find it difficult to provide their daughters with sanitary kits. And this is a problem I would entreat us all to help solve by supporting our school girls with the pads. At times, the students stay back home until their menstruation is over. This will not help them”.

Mr. Osei thus urged various stakeholders in the municipality to offer maximum support to ending the challenges most school girls face so as to enhance their menstrual hygiene.
