VALCO TRUST commissions a modern KG and a water project for AyNatives of Ayitikofe in Akatsi South Municipal were pleased when VALCO Trust Fund commissioned a well-furnished modern kindergarten with a water project for them on Wednesday, June 1st.
In 2021, the VALCO Trust Fund initiated a five-year project to abolish schools beneath trees, with the goal of transforming 5,403 schools across Ghana into modern educational institutions, with Ayitikofe M/A Basic School benefiting from the project with the help of assembly members. According to Hon. Jerry Etse Agbo, the area’s assembly member, his ultimate goal is to promote the eradication of schools under trees in his electoral area. To that end, he approached the management of the VALCO Trust Fund with his proposal, which they accepted and quickly launched the project, which began last year.
