Sandcity radio Sports Host Dennis Eli Junior and News anchor Kekeli Blamey for the second time won the award for the radio sports host of the year and best male newscaster of the year at the just-ended 2022 Volta Media Excellence Awards.
Meanwhile, Patrick Dzramado, host of the Sandcity morning show, secures the Morning Show host of the year. He beats nominees like Cosmos Amen Posh of Shine FM, Julius Atisu (Amenuveve Radio), and Charles Suglo of Hilz FM.
The event took place on Friday, July 29, at the GNAT HALL – HO.
The event which honors the best in the media and communications fraternity gave out plaques of recognition to well-deserved media houses, individuals in the industry and groups that have performed beyond the usual in the year under review.
