Ofori-Atta will be declared wanted again if he fails to meet June 2 deadline – OSP
The OSP had earlier declared Mr. Ofori-Atta a fugitive due to his non-compliance with multiple invitations for questioning related to ongoing investigations into allegations of corruption and financial misconduct.
These investigations encompass contracts between Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited and the Ghana Revenue Authority, the termination of a contract with Beijing Everyway Traffic and Lighting Technology Company Limited by the Electricity Company of Ghana, matters concerning the National Cathedral project, procurement of ambulances by the National Ambulance Service, and payments from the Ghana Revenue Authority’s tax refund account.
