Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has ended the first phase of his tour of the country.
The first phase of the tour started in the Eastern Region of Ghana before he moved to the Greater Accra Region and then the Western Region.
The NPP’s presidential candidate used the opportunity to meet various stakeholders including clergy, small-scale miners, and fish farmers among many others.
The second phase of his campaign tour will start on May 8, 2024.
The New Patriotic Party flagbearer is expected to visit the Bono and Bono East Regions to start the second phase of the campaign.
