Makafui Kofi Woanya has been re-elected as Volta Region chairman of ruling New Patriotic Party, (NPP) at the just-ended delegates conference in Ho.
He defeated his primary rivals, Joseph Homenya and Avuletey Jonson, to maintain the NPP’s regional leadership.
With the exception of the Women Organiser, several current executives were re-elected.
